Monitoring energy systems of Housing complex and neighborhoods is a way used by electricity distribution company to eliminate effects of urban sprawl. To manage the system, high quality and current datum acquired from meters and energy analyzers are needed. Besides electricity, monitoring energy systems are also used for meter water and natural gas usages. These systems can be divided 2 groups as on-off and pre-payment.
